Refunds & Returns
Entoyment is pleased to replace a gift, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used to purchase the gift for up to thirty (30) days after your purchase. Personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are defective. We are unable to refund gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
Please contact our Return Service Department to receive a Return Gift Authorization (RGA) number. Write this number down and include with your returned gift.
